BERNARDSVILLE – The League of Women Voters of Somerset Hills will sponsor a candidates’ forum for the Nov. 8 election for Borough Council at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 11, at the Bernardsville Public Library’s Community Room.

Seeking two seats on the council are Republicans Denis Dooley and Charlotte Foster who are running against Independents John McCrossan and incumbent Joseph Rossi.

League President Catherine Sorge of Basking Ridge will moderate the discussion, assisted by other league members.

In the forum, the audience will be asked to provide questions in writing, which will be reviewed in order to provide a wide range of topics for the candidates to discuss.
